How it works
- Paste the source folder and the destination folder, as links or IDs.
- The app lists the folders and files directly inside the source. Tick the ones you want.
- Click copy. The whole folder structure is created first, then the files are copied in batches with a progress bar.
- Structure keptEach ticked folder is copied with all of its subfolders and files, exactly as they are nested.
- Pick and mixCopy only some folders, only loose files, or both in one run.
- Big jobsUp to 20,000 files in one copy, 30 at a time, with live progress.
- Checked before writingThe app confirms every ticked item really sits in the source folder, and stops you if source and destination are the same folder.

Drive Folder Copier is a Google Apps Script web app. You paste two files into a new Apps Script project in your own account and deploy it for yourself. It uses only Google's built-in Drive service, so there is nothing else to switch on.
Good to know
- It works best for folders in My Drive.
- Copies belong to you, and sharing settings are not copied.
- Keep the tab open until the progress bar finishes.
