How it works

Paste a Drive folder link and click Find archives.
Tick the .zip and .rar files you want. All are ticked by default.
Click Extract. Each archive shows live progress and an Open folder link when done.

Any sizeZips over 4 GB and huge RARs are supported. Big files stream through in pieces.
Many at onceUp to 8 archives extract in parallel, zips and RARs mixed.
Tidy resultsEach archive gets its own folder, junk like __MACOSX is skipped, and re-runs never make duplicates.

Drive Zip Extractor is a Google Apps Script web app. You paste three files into a new Apps Script project in your own account and deploy it for yourself. A step-by-step checklist comes with the download.

Good to know

Password-protected archives and split zips (.z01, .zip.001) are not supported yet.
RAR files are unpacked in your browser, so keep the tab open while they run.
Google's daily quotas apply, which still allows several hundred GB a day.
